or the last three plus years i have quietly gone about my business as a full time Realtor specializing in short sales. By quietly, i mean staying out of the advertising, classes, schools, seminars etc. I tend to only focus on the production and leave all the bells, whistles & BS to others. Just recently I have made the decision to expand my book of business (my box) to include more of YOU. I feel that sellers need to know who I am NOW, since in my opinion, the R.E. market is really getting ready to boom with even more foreclosures. Yep, the news and all the hype is just plain WRONG! my research shows that in the first 45 days of 2010 over 2100 people will loose their home to foreclosure in Mesa and Gilbert alone! Homeowners have options, and if they call me I can explain them in plain and simple English in order to save their home, credit, and more importantly their mental state of mind. We need you engaged in this economy, working, spending, saving and living.

Why do you allow blocking of zestimates by realtors

Some zestimates are blocked when listed by agents - today - I got a screen that said "get a professional estimate" and it asked to fill out information so the realtor could market me
Zillow is supposed to level the playing field - why are you allowing this?

I SEE ALL THE HOUSES AREIAL VIEW AND MOST OF THEM HAVE $123 OR SOME PRICE ON THE TOP OF THE PICTURE WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT DOESN'T?

500,000 dont think so its not worth it so why when others or 200,000

fobelieve it was foreclosed on also been in it friends owned it nothing special or does it have any special features for 500,000 I would think this house would be amazing it is not any better then the others in fact not as good as some of the other neighbors so how can it be worth 500,000 and the others 200,000 ? dont think so
