Many improvements have been made that do not reflect Zillow home value estimate for my house.

The homes on Autumn Ridge Way in the Town of Newburgh are NOT shown where they actually are!

Why would Zillow show incorrect locations for the homes on this street? Our homes are located off of Frozen Ridge and across from Firemens Lane. We are Town of Newburgh homes with Marlboro Central School District. PLEASE CORRECT THIS! Thanks!

conflicting info on Zillow value appriciation estimates

Zillow says our home has increased in value 4.2% since its last sale ($695K) according to the chart which compares its appriciation/depreciation to the town, county, state US etc - then the estimate should be $725K not around the $500K it has our estimate at - what is the deal??? These inconsistencies worry me as I have heard banks use this site to check values - how can some of these home estimates be so volatile???

2 tags for our house both with some right and wrong info? how do I get rid or keep one?

We have 2 tags for our house. One with all of our information which has a completely wrong estimate and one with a correct estimate which has no info. The one with the correct estimate is in a diamond in the proper position near our house and the "little house" icon with all of our info, address and pictures etc is across the street? What's the deal? How do we add the right info to the one with the correct estimate OR get the proper estimate put onto the one with all of our info? Please help.

why are houses tied to cops that aren't really comps - how do you reset it to pick appropriate ones?

There are obviously more appropriate comp homes near by, but Zillow doesn't use them to come up with its Zestimate nor does it even allow the option to collect a portfolio of comps that are more appropriate to come up with your own estimate - you are forced to use the ones that they have arbitrarily selected as appropriate comps for your home, which in our case have no commonality at all. There is no easy way to look through all of the recent sales in the area unless you fly around the arial map and try to pick them out and write them down?
