we have a house . that is 2227 sq.ft and you show a value of 595,500. that is 267 per sq. ft. the houses on both sides of us and across the street are valued at 330 per sq. ft, 288 per sq. ft and 283 per sq ft, respectfully. Why the discrepancy? all house are similar in size and amenities.

For example when you type an address on Treadwell Drive in Poway, CA, the initial box shows the recent sale price and then a zestimate of $1,213,500. Then when you click on the property, the zestimate comes up as $1,334,000. Why are the zestimate's different?

I've attempted to view info on an address. It says I needed Adobe Flash Drive and I downloaded that. I still cannot see the address and continue to be told I need Flash Drive even though I have downloaded it. What is going on?
