Qualifying for a 1st Purchase as a Foreign National

I here in the US living abroad and currently a citiizen of Scotland. I have a good paying job here but no credit as well as a American girlfriend who does not work. I have about 20% in cash to use as a downpayment but having trouble finding lenders willing to give me a pre approval for a loan. Any suggestions on what I can do in order to buy a house?

How do I fix inaccurate data about my property?

The Zillow page for my home says that it was sold in August 2009, for about 50% of the initial purchase price. This fact is inaccurate. My wife and I bought our home in April 2008 and have been living in it ever since.

How can I get Zillow to fix this inaccuracy? Thanks for the help!

rental agreement

the tenant payed deposit $.. and in agreement it says that deposit is non refundable if the tenant will brake the agreement. In my situation it was signed by tenant agreement for one year and re-new agreemnet for the next yer or 6 month. The tenant was not sure how long he will stay, but give me a paymnet for Nov, covering 6 month. Today I got the call from him and he stayed that he will move and starting from today wants to stay in appartmnet for another 30 days. My question is: should I count as contract is braking because it is 5 month and 17 days, or it is right and he gave me a notice ahead before ending 6 month, but wants to stay 30 days from now more. Should I count 30 days from today till Dec 17 and get the difference of his payment for November? Or should I not give andy difference at all and keep deposit money because they braking the agreement before 6 month.

Severely Outdated Bathrooms

Bathrooms need serious updating.

Bathrooms are worse than you would find in an apartment.

Needs to be Walk-In without Doors -or- All Glass without Framing.

Needs bathroom-vanities for sitting down.

These bathrooms need The Works !!

Removal of property from listing

but I did not post it. I need to get this removed and would like to know your standards on verification for people posting properties.

Jan-Jun 2006-Jan-Jun 2009 Single Family Home Trends – San Francisco 94115

Real estate trends in the Bay Area and San Francisco do not always reflect local activity. To illustrate, let's look at some data for one San Francisco neighborhood: 94115. Overall median prices in this area fell 24% (price/square foot fell 21%), from Jan-June 2006 to 2009. However, there are several problems with this comparison and when we dig deeper, we find some prices actually ROSE during this period.

Since 94115 includes several different neighborhoods: Pacific Heights, Lower Pacific Heights, Anza Vista, Japantown, and the Western Addition, price differences between these areas can distort the overall changes. Overall median sales prices fell more in Lower Pacific Heights (53%) than in Pacific Heights (43%).

We can also look at the types of sales to get a more accurate depiction of the sales activity. Within particular price ranges, median prices actually went up 20% for $1-2MM properties, while $4-5MM properties are down 13%. Median prices in the $2-3MM and $3-4MM ranges were fairly stable, with prices up 1% and down 2%, respectively.

Property size provides another interesting comparison. When we compare properties using the number of bedrooms, we see median prices are actually up 12% for 3 bedroom homes, correlating with the increases we see in $1-2MM price range. While 4 bedroom prices are down 11%, much larger homes with 5+ bedrooms are down 37%, higher than the $4-5MM range (down 13%) since the 5+ bedrooms includes homes selling for over $5MM.

Where do you get your house information from?

I own the home at 2015 33rd Ave, San Francisco, CA. I am having a problem with,
the City of San Francisco over the number of rooms in the house.The information
that is provided says there are two bathrooms. Where did this information come
from. I would appreciate any help you may provide.

We currently have this property on the market. I am the owner and agent representing the sale of this property. The price shown on the website does not reflect the current reductions. You currently show it listed at $1,769,000. We have since had reductions to $1,695,000 about a month ago and currently have it listed at $1,595,000. These reductions show up in the local MLS. Is there a reason why the pricing does not stay current with those changes. I was wondering if you could make the adjustment since it won't allow me to update the pricing on the website.

Is the site broken?

I keep getting an error message for neighborhood and school information, saying "We're detecting inappropriate content. Please edit it." Even if I simply take the data out it doesn't help/save. Also I keep moving photos around and the error message in neighborhood and school info gives error again.
