How are you judging these prices and why are you at lease 25%lower then what the selling price should be?

I am very interested and was approved for this, the bank found out it has a $40,000 lein does it??

I was approved a bank loan however the bank found out that there is a $40,000 lein on this home. If the lein has been dropped and you have proof there is no longer a lein on itI am really interested in this house, PLEASE email me @ nitamarie429@aol.com

I'm waiting on a short sale approval, but found this home comparable and tired of waiting for short sale lender's response (been 3 mos) Â - based on online appraisals of your property, my peek through windows, comps in area, sales price in early 2008 and continued declines in value, and current rent to own offer on house I would make offer of 270K - I am preapproved VA loan - working with an agent already - write me ThomRichardson@comcast.net

Strange price variations in housing development

My home (4418 S. 188th Place, 98188) is part of an 8 home project completed in 2002. Mine is the only one that is showing continuous devaluation according to Zillow while the others are showing increases. I've researched the home info including tax assessments and it doesn't make any sense to me. I'd be more inclined to accept devaluation if it were occurring a bit more evenly. What is the problem?
