Zestimate WAY Off

The Z-estimate for my house is tens of thousands low from the value & similar homes on the same street. How do I get this fixed? My home is for sale and I've had people mention the discrepancy as if I'm charging too much - and market research says I'm spot on the sale price. How do I fix this?

How to remove listing from foreclosure.com website. Purchased April 2009.

This property is still showing up as a foreclosure on the foreclosure.com website. However, my husband purchased this house in April 2009. It also doesn't display the street number on the overview page. I know there is a time lag of public information. However, I would think everything should be updated by now. I have adjusted everything that Zillow will allow. I believe the reason that the price and estimate is not showing on the overview page because of the missing pieces. Please help!

I should know, it's my house! The house in foreclosure is located across the street from me on Woodridge is is being sold by Crye-Leike reality.

Hi, can you tell me why the value of the home at 2100 Glenn ARBOR CT's value seems to have declined while the homes on the same street seems to be appreciating. The homes all around seems to be out pacing it in value which are on the same street. I don't understand? The lot size, square footage,and it is corner lot house. Why are the other homes increasing, yet, zestimate values this one lower. It has dropped $2500 in the last month or two? Thank you.

The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything. It is far enough off Keihl that you do not get the busy cars and noise, but close enough to get the where you need to be. There are people of all age ranges in this area. We have great neighbors.
