Are there any jumbo loans out there that will take 10-15% down?

I am a well-qualified buyer, very good income, with good credit, and I have a $75000 down payment into a $600000 house. Are there any underwriters that will fund this scenario? For my area this is considered a jumbo loan. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,

Looking for some advice here. Due to family/job situation, we've moved to a new city. Our old house (that we still own in the old city) has been on the market for 9 months but seems close to selling. We dumped $100K (cash from proceeds of our 1st house) into this house with a major remodel. When sale closes, we'll walk away essentually breaking even on the current mortgage but out the $100K+ we've spend upgrading the house. However, we're better off than most in that we won't be writing a check to the bank at closing.

We have excellent credit, never missed a house payment, and now we're essentually starting over. On our previous 2 houses, we did the 80/20 loan and essentually we able to buy with zero down. Obviously those loans don't exist anymore.

So here we are in our new city with an income (and excellent credit) to support a house in the $400K range but don't have the $40-50K in cash as a down payment on the type of house we want. Do we really need to rent until we can save enough cash? Are there any mortgage programs out there that would allow a down payment of $5% or less? FYI, FYA loans in our area don't qualify for homes over $300K (i think).

Any advice would be really helpful...thank you.

Why is this house still listed for sale on Zillow? According Zillow to records it was sold 6/26/09

It is still listed as one of 61 homes for sale, but it shows it was among the recent sales for $195,000. Your software isnt updating everywhere.

This house is not in the Minehana neighborhood. This is causing wrong information to be associated with this house as well as potentially affecting the estimate. How can I fix this!

Moved my house from the wrong neighborhood to the right one but comps area still wrong that come up

You show us in the Minehaha neighborhood near Greene street which is not where our house is. I moved it on the map but it still shows in Minehaha which is valued much less than our neighboirhood. When I try to do my estimate, the only comps that come up are in the wrong area and are not comparible at all. Can you please fix? On the overview page, even though it shows the Minehaha neighbordood, it does show accurate recent nearby sales in the Northwood 99217 area but these do not appear to be used either in your Zestimate or be available in the comps for preparing my estimate. We are going to sell our home so this becomes more important. thanks

I had my home recently appraised for $290 thou. Zillow has it guesstimated at $190. Not Right!

1125 S. Altamont in Spokane, Wa. Appraised for $290 this year! Zillow has it at $190. PRETTY HUGE difference. Don't count on Zillow for accurate facts when buying houses people! Zillow is definitely a good site, but it is GUESSTIMATING! Remember that!!!! Thanks!
