The bank has given me a sales date for my home to be sold at auction; if it does sell, how much time do I have to leave?
Do the potential buyers ever get to "see" inside or is it purchased sight unseen?

Crazy how people are so greedy these days. This house is way over valued and I just wonder when the home owners will finally understand it is time to modify and get the homes market value back to normal so we can all move forward. This house is even on a very small lot at the entrance to an open neighborhood. Crazy.
