Why is there a #2 after my address on my property?

I have noticed when I check my property for some reason there appears a #2 after my address and there's only one house on the property and ours is the only house on the block with our address. I didn't think much of it until recently when appling for new home owners insurance a couple agents that use your web site brought it up and asked about it. I told them I had no idea, Zillow put it there for some reason. So I decided to contact you and try and find out why the #2 after my address? flag property and easment rights

We are looking at the property located at 12456 Adams Street, YUCAIPA , 92399, CA. The neighbor to the West posted a parcel map showing he owns a flag property and is staking claim to a 19' easment infringing on the driveway at 12456. if indeed this is the case, the said property would have been built less than with garage access less than 14' from the property line. Advice on this and the fact that 12456 has maintained said easment for 30+ years would be greatly appreciated.

House next door is up $8000 in one week. Half the size, no pool, no yard. Mine keeps going down. why

How does Zillow make their estimates? Why would a house next door keep going up in value when it is half the size of mine, the yard is 1/3 the size of mine, and they must use part of my driveway to enter into theirs. At the same time, my house is going down in price. NO CHANGES IN EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR...HOWEVER, THE OWNER HIRED A REALTOR TO PUT HOUSE ON MARKET.

i live in yucaipa, ca. i bought in 2006, i have execellent credit and both my spouse and i work, i am underwater by about 70.000 i would like to lower my monthly payments at the current lending rate because my son is in college and we take care of his rent and other expencese, the problem is nobody returns my call for refinancing, i have never been behind on payments or had trouble making payments it seems as though i am beeing punished for being responsible. can you refer me to some agency that would at least acknowlege me! thank you..
