We own the 2br at 1461 Lavender. Your desc says 3br. The desc of 1467 says 2br, 1.5 bath... that's the desc at 1461.

Hi. you have my house as having 1 &1/2 bath. this is incorrect. a few years ago, you had it just right. I have asked you once before to correct it. Can you please correct this info. It is 3 bedroom, & 2 Full baths. address is 2778 Candler Ct. Deltona,FL 32738. Please correct this.

Were is the help for the people who bought in first home in 2007?

Okay, I feel like I should just bend over. I bought my first house in 2007, for $120K. My interest rate is 7% and my house is now worth about 105K. I cannot refinance through HARP because Provident Funding isn't participating in the refinance, only the modification. I am current, have never been late on my mortgage. So now I hear those who buy a house until 2010 will get 8K and those who have lived in their house for 5 years get a credit. Where is MY CREDIT? Do I have to just not pay my mortgage before I can get some help? Maybe that is what I will have to do. Stop paying my mortgage and go on a shopping spree - then they will help me.
