Is home at the lowest point in subdivision (per water hazard)?

The entire Subdivision slopes down and settles to this lot. I think it is at high risk for water damage if neighbors or yourself water too much. Everything will drain to the front door and foundation of this home.

inaccurate home location

Hi,

I own the property located at 2552 E. Brierfield Dr in Eagle, ID. When I use Zillow to locate it, the worng property comes up. I zoomed around and determined that my property is actually associated with the address: 2494 E Brierfield Dr Eagle ID 83616. Can this be investigated and corrected ?

My home has an unfinished basement. Is there a rule of thumb as to price per square foot for the basement? Perhaps as a percentage of the price per square foot for the finished portion of the house?
