Im looking to open an adult fostercare home in flint.. but I need a home to buy anyone who can help or point me in the right direction would be great...Im looking for something cheap that needs some work, this is my first. what should I do?

SEV for current year is 13500 represents half of market value? (T or F) I believe that figure omits home improvements totally 13000 made in 2008. How would I gain a loan or home equity line of credit based upon a current evaluation

Can't get insurance on home because it is vacant. How do I allow others to view it?

I inherited a home that has been vacant for two years. Can't find anyone to insure it. Not sure what shape the house is in. Have had offers but am concerned if I allow someone inside I am liable if they get hurt, slip on the stairs, etc. How can I protect myself and still show the house?
