It seems many people who could actually afford to pay their mortgage are simply deciding to let go of their upside-down home. If you walk away but still generate income, do the banks try to collect? to what extent? I thought by signing the promissary note you were obligated to pay no matter which way the market turned?

This house last time was sold on 7-02-2009 Rancho Herizon LLC for the prise of $384000.I thinkthis kind of manipulation with facts about listed house is hurting Zillow's reputation and loyality. All facts mentioned you will find in rhe San Bernardino Recorders Website.

Dear Zillow, the house in 4254 Foxborough dr., Fontana, ca 92336 is my house and it is upscale upgraded and built by respected Builder Shea homes. Your estimate lists it as $828000($194 per s.f). However, the smaller and older houses in he same area you have listed for higher prices as $275 per s.f. Is there mistake or actual reason? I would appreciate if you could look at this house and make sure that you have appraised it correctly, because it causes problems to sell or refinance this house for the fare price.

Bloomington high is very bad. Nice neighborhood (for possible investment) but schools concern me.

Bloomington high is very bad. Nice neighborhood (for possible investment to hold and rent out due to lower prices and newer homes) but schools concern me. North Fontana has better school but higher home prices. Any suggestions.
