Almost Bought it. BAD Shape. Foundation Slipping, Septic Leaking, EXTREME Termite Damage, careful!

This home has seen better days. The septic tank has failed. It's a 750 gallon steel tank, rusted through, The entire home sits at a down slope. Walking to the back bedroom, It's visibile with your own eye, from right to left... The floor/ceiling gets LOWER. The foundation has slipped. Bathroom isn't safe and needs to be redone ASAP.
The rest of the home is semi-liveable.... This home woul be best for someone looking to remodel a home as a secondary residence. It should also be noted that to access this property, one must pass an EXTREMELY rough un paved un even road.
I would advise taking a larger vehicle such as truck or suv to inspect the home as I bottomed out and got stuck in my German Sports Car. (All I kept thinking was Oh no, Scratches on a new lease lol! Careful!) But also note, I was traveling very slowly and drive like an idiot lol... If the home was purchased, I wouldn't be against spending a day with a shovel evening out the start of Escolon Trl... Seriously... This home HAS potential. It has a really nice view, Very quiet... It's closer to the I5 than most homes in Frazier so access is quick and not SO weather intense.

How do you make your calculations? We are on 3.78 acres, a 4,040 sq foot log home, solar and lots of upgrades, I don't believe the zestimate.

My home has been on the market for 2 years and I have lowered the price by $70,000.00.
I can count on 2 hands the people who have seen it and open house's...what a joke.
It's a small mountain town in Kern CO., CA. and I'm ready to go.
