My home appraisal came higher than I expected, giving me an LTV of 70%. Can I use this appraisal for acquiring a home equity loan? Are lenders that strict that I have to go through their appraisers only, even for a home equity loan?

Hello,

Our family is trying to find a lender in Gainesville, FL who can approve us for a construct/perm loan with a 580-600 credit score. We have owned our land for almost 2 yrs, do not owe anything on it (and never borrowed against it). We also have a down payment of approx 30% and the house would cost less than $100,000 to build. Please help, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We were talking to a couple of banks and it seems the lenders set their own credit scoring guidelines for FHA loans. Wells Frago told us they could do it with a credit score of 600 and then turned around and said they didn't do construction loans anymore. We have disputed a couple things on our credit and are just awaiting the results-some things came off. Also any suggestions for QUICK credit score boosting would help also.

Incorrect sales data skewing Zestimates

The home at 1026 NW 14th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601 is listed as sold for $194,000 when it actually sold for $94,000. This is dramatically pushing Zestimates for local homes much too high. Can it be corrected?

I could get pictures of 4328 SW 78th St before but now you say you aren't covering this area. Yor still give me pricing on 2332 NW 54th Blvd in Gainesville, FL and I previously sold the house and would like to get the report on 4328 SW 78 St, 32608. We do appreciate the good information. My LTV is below 80%. want to take off PMI. Should I get appraisal again? just had one done last week

I recently refinanced when my LTV was 88%. But after the refinance, I paid it down to under 80% within a week. Do I still need to go for a house appraisal again to determine the ltv so that I can stop paying PMI?

This home could be offered as a residence in a single family residential neighborhood or as an investment property.
