What is the world have you done to the value of my home ?? Last month you valued it at $ 185 K and this month you show it on the map at $ 58 K . We have owned this home since 2002 when it was finished and it was appraised at that time for $ 120,000. About a year ago we re-financed for $ 95,000 to get a lower payment. Something is very wrong with your value estimate !!

A former RE agent added all the old dumpy pix and the $60k sold price. I have claimed my house and added my new pix. He had it listed for a while but the listing expired. His pix are no longer relevant. Still, they show up first on Zillow. How do I get rid of him & these? Also, new STATUS is "Under Contract". How do I change that?

How do I delete homes that have expired in my login area. It gives an error with a red star

I have a few homes listed that have expired, sold, or under a different agent/company. They will not delete when you Click on Not For Sale. It gives an error with a red star next to the Not for Sale window?

Looking for Mortgage after Ch 7 Bankruptcy

I have a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that was discharged in November 2007, I would like to obtain a mortgage sometime between May and August of this year (18 - 21 months since discharge). I have re-established my credit with an auto loan and credit card with no late pays. Are there any mortgages programs that allow previous bankruptcy?
