why is my house listed as worth so much more then the other similar houses in my neighborhood?

there are two bedroom and three bedroom houses on our block. compared to other three bedroom houses, ours is listed as $50,000 more. why would that be? we haven't done anything recently to change it. in fact we are the only house in the neighborhood that has a wood shake roof and not the nicer tile roofs.

zillow what happend! you can't look at the property info,bed bath sqrft, and where it is located at the same time! and the purchase dates are all dis organized! not that it is hard to figure out, but it sure is nice two have those two thing that where changed!
