PMI- is there such a thing as upfront one time PMI?

Does that mean I can pay one time upfront at closing and do not have to pay anymore down the line at all? Does that also mean I don't have to worry about the ratio being less than 80% ?

Incorrect info for my home

Zillow shows my home as a mobile/manufactured home incorrectly. My home is actually a masonry structure. In addition, the photos shown for my home are wrong. The photos show a home down the street from me. How can I get this information corrected?
