I am curious, would the owner consider lease/renting the home? I am not in a position to buy, but would like to find a home in this area to rent for myself and my children.

I am interested in a foreclosed home that has just been listed on the market. The selling agent has stated that they will not take the offers back to the bank for 5-7 days. Is this normal? i understand they are trying to genrate as many offers as possible. The listing price is very good for the area at $213,900 and compaired to the comps is very good. The bank just bought the property back at $217,900. I understand there are selling costs and a bunch of other fees associated with this, but what is a good offer that we should come in at? any thoughts would be much appreciated. thanks

6 Lakewood Oaks Dr SW is located in a private gated community. The comparables that Zillow used are not representative.

Why is 7 Lakewood Oaks $285k and 8 Lakewood Oaks $291k when they are 349 square feet smaller than 6 Lakewood Oaks which you have estimated at only $278K? Also, 7 & 8 Lakewood Oaks only have 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. 6 Lakewood Oaks is 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. The basements on 7 & 8 Lakewood Oaks are 1000 square feet and 1277 square feet on the main floor or 2277 total, compared to 1313 square feet on both floors at 6 Lakewood Oaks for a total of 2626 square feet.
