It seems that this area(Picacho Hills) has seen larger then average decreases in home values then surrounding areas in Las Cruces,NM. Any thoughts?? thanx RDB

I think the answer to your question may lie in how much this home sold for back in March of this year as it notes. If it sold for a good price then just maybe things are looking up after all. You sure seem concerned about the value of these units not going for more than the tax estimates. That interests me more than anything else at this point.

If you note this townhome sold the end of March - maybe an answer to your question lies in how much it went for...If it was a good price then things are indeed looking up.
