There are hardly any similar houses in the list of comps for 12 hatfield rd. How can i get a more accurate list of comps to update my estimate?

Also, your value is way off. Are you working with old data? Many updates and additions. House is assessed by town at $610K, and market value is closer to $700K.

I know I have a low credit score and I'm working on it what is the typical credit score lenders look at as acceptable. Most of my debt is from when I was alot younger and my income status is alot better now.

I have recently purchased my childhood home, built in 1895 and I'm going through renovating the main house. I'd also like to tear down the existing garage and build a new garage. Does anyone know what I could expect to pay for a 20 wide by 24 deep garage with no storage above, just a simple garage. Any advice would be great!

Your answer to my Nov. 3 question, what does "claim their home" mean is not understandable in the English language. Please get someone to really answer who speaks English and write an answer that is understandable. ALSO I no longer have this listing and need to remove it. How do I do that?

My mortgage has a balance of $228,000 with 27 1/2 years left and the home equity loan has a balance of $38,000. My credit score is excellent but due to the decline in housing prices, I would be above the 80% loan to value and would likely have to pay pmi...i am just not sure if it would save me money
