My husband and I are interested in the house located at 417 BENDIGO BLVD N North Bend, WA. However with it being close to the river, what is the flood history of this house?

Does this property extend all the way to the river as it appears on zillow? I have seen this listed as waterfront on some sites and not so on others. The fence and trail behind it make it appear it does not reach the river. Thanks in advance.

Incorrect Sales Price

Hi,
I bought my house for $245K in Nov. 1993. You have the correct sales prices on 11/27/93, but a second sales price of $168K on 11/30/1993. Do you know why you have the second incorrect price?
