I am not the home owner but I recently visited the property at 23 Heron Road, Norwalk, CT and also received the sales literature from the real estate agent. Zillow has the incorrect number of bedrooms for this house as two. In fact, it has four bedrooms.

When is the purchase information updated? A home is incorrectly listed as last sold in 2001.

Home price: $350K
Offer: $280K, with $80K down, all closing costs covered.

Would the Home Seller have this $80K in their pockets?

Why was unit 3 at 5 Elmcrest Ter sold for $389K in '06 not included in value and not in comp set?

Seems like only certain comps have been selected and the most relavant left off? Why would a unit in the same complex not at least be mentioned or included in the initial value calculation?

The assessent for the buildings on this property is 77,350. The assessment for the land is 210,630.

Why aren't they posted properly? The assessments are 70% of the values, which are respectively 110,500 for the buildings and 300,900 for the land, for a total value of 411,500 per records for the City of Norwalk.
