How do I change inaccurate sales information?

My home description says that my house sold in 1997 for $10,000.00. This is completely inaccurate as I purchased the home in 1991 for much more than 10K. How can I correct this inaccurate detail?

What if you are not the owner, but know that the info on your website is wrong?

One of the listings has the wrong schools. It is in the district of the next town which is actually more desirable. In addition, I think the previous owners were there much longer than the "last sale" date. Could this be due to refinancing or second mortgage?
