I tried to get the agent to remove this house from his updates. See his response below.

Good Morning.

As part of Long's overall marketing program, listed homes are sent to sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. Once the home is sold I remove it out of the MLS system (which was done 9/28/09) which triggers a notification to Long which triggers a notice to Zillow and others. It's is the commercial web sites that are not very responsive to a 'sold' notice as it reduces their viewable inventory. The more homes they can display, outdated or not, on their web site the better in their minds.

Should anyone contact you about the home please refer them to me. I'll find them another!!

We recently bought the property at 12451 N. Mesquite Crest Way, Oro Valley, AZ 85755. Can't claim it

The agent info is back. The house is not for sale. Also, please remove all of the pictures.

We have landscapers and painters scheduled in the next two weeks. I'd prefer to post my own pictures. Can't you remove the agent permanently without input from him? He is not interested in anything outside of his own little planet.

The zillow listings for my street--W. Cork Oak Place, zip code 85755--are two houses off. Help!

In other words, the link for my house--#916--is on top of the house that is actually #924. And the link for #906 is on top of my house. I claimed my house and moved the link, but now there are two links on top of my house, and it is not showing up in searches. I have e-mailed Zillow, but nothing has been done.

This home is now for sale but your sight has an old statement that it is not for sale. That is not current info. How can that be removed to avoid confusion.
