Does conducting daily business in a 2-unit count as owner-occupied?

For mortgage purposes, what does "owner-occupied" mean? We have a 2-unit building. One unit is rented to a non-owner family. The other unit is used by us, the owners, for administration and other business purposes. Even though we do not "live" in the unit, is it considered owner-occupied because we use it for daily business purposes? In other words, if we refinance, can we apply for an "owner-occupied" mortgage?

Old Post appeared;Changing details

last week an old ( @ 12+ years) for sale listing suddenly appeared for my home along with the former asking price, photo and description. I was able to delete the asking price (which was 1/2 of the homes value) but not the rest of the info. My home is not for sale.

I have been actively maintaining my address for the last year with updated info. I have tried editing the details, claiming my home, etc. all to no avail.

The same description keeps appearing and the changes to the details I keep correcting (Land area and othe details are incorrect) keep appearing.

Why did this old posting suddenly appear and how do I correct it?

Help! I've tried listing my house for sale, but when I hit update, the description section is flagged for 'inappropriate content'-There is no inappropriate content and I've read thru it a number of times to see that there's none there by mistake..what can I do?
