Hello Zillow, we just got an appraisal back from an hvcc corporation -30%.Anything we can do?

I feel I am a victom of the mandated HVCC. Is there someone I can contact to rectify this lowballed value? I've already signed the petition against HVCC. We have put over 130k into a new estate gate, and 10 thousand sq ft driveway in colored concrete this appraiser did not want anything to do with. All this the home did not have before we bought it. Thank you in advance, Rocky.

I live in California and some friends have redone their loan with principal reduction, great rate, no balance tacked on to end of loan and no equity share upon sale??

They had not made a home payment in over a year and the fico score was trashed.

Is the FICO scoring being readjusted or is this just a hail mary approach??

Any feedback would be appreciated

why is my house over rated with more than 100 K$?

I checked all the houses for sale and sold in my area. None is above 335K$. But Zillow estiamtes my house for 435K$.
Also it says " recently sold, but the date is 10/2007 !!
Why is Zillow making such huge mistakes

I am very upset, we have had people stopping and asking about my house. IT IS NOT IN FORCLOSURE! It is not for sale! I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY HOUSE PAYMENT! Please correct your records immedately or I will have to seek legal advise.
