How In Heck Do I DELETE MY ACCOUNT TOTALLY From Zillow?

I want Zillow to leave me alone. Period. End of story. I want my account (Dave3921) completely deleted. I don't like Zillow. I don't trust Zillow. I find that the Zillow comps are B you know what.. in the real world.

The mortgage lenders I talked to via Zillow are also bulls**t. I've never talked to a liar as big as the one I got hold of through Zillow!

I cannot find a place in Zillow to delete this account, therefore I've changed my email to be sent into a null. You are hereby REQUIRED to delete my account and leave me the hell alone! That's the BOTTOM LINE!

Escrow- how do they work?

My lender- GMAC- for refinance was supposed to fund on Thursday. It did not. It funded on Friday. Escrow decided not to record same day (county is Ventura). They said they would record on Monday.
I am curious to know:
* I had instructed my broker to get Escrow pay my former lender today itself (Friday) after they got funding from the new lender so I do not have to pay interest to both lenders over the weekend (2 days is like 200 dollars extra). Do you think my broker and escrow could have done this?
* Does Escrow company benefit from holding money over the weekend?
* Does Ventura county in California not accept same day recording?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Refinancing- Note vs Credit Line Agreement.

I am in the process of refinancing. (Rate is locked, Appraisal done, Second issuer -of HELOC- approved subordination, employment and income verified). The new lender's underwriter keeps asking for a document titled as Note from Heloc issuer- Charter bank. Charter Bank- Citizens Bank- has a document, which has full details, called Credit Line Agreement. Charter Bank keeps saying that this Credit Line Agreement itself is the Note! The lender's underwrite wants to see with something like Note in the title!!! I am stuck! Whatever info new lender may be looking for is already in the Credit Line Agreement IMO!
Can somebody help me so I can bridge the gap between the Heloc issuer and the lender I am dealing with?

I have a 2/2/2/ lovely home on a little lake. It has superior curb appeal and an updated, spotlessly clean interior. It is valued at $110,000. The 3/1/1 home across the street, not on the water, now in foreclosure, is valued on Zillow at $145,000. What's up with this discrepancy in values? Thank you. Marilyn
