Why has my home value dropped in my neighborhood so much in the last couple of months?

My home is one of the nicest looking and well kept homes in the neighborhood, so why is the value dropping more compared to other homes? I think my property taxes should start dropping soon, wouldn't you think?

Evergreen Woods Sub. is in the Birmingham School District. Groves H.S., Bingham Woods Elementary, Berkshire J.H.
this adds high value for quality schools and is a draw. I am concerned that people are not well informed here.
