Have seen the house and checked details in nationally recognized listing. House is 3 bedrooms not 4. Bonus room is frog. Size listed here is wrong - not 1768sqft but 1590sqft. Lot size is also overstated at 8276sqft. Lot is 55x110 - just over 6000sqft.

If a house is in foreclosure and asking price is $150,000 can you offer a lower price for the home?

We are looking at a few home that are in foreclosure this is new for us, not sure if the banks will take less. There are so many I'm sure the banks would like to sell them.

The seller is requiring we use their attorney at closing. Is this legal?

The house is in foreclosure and owned by a bank. We'd already scheduled our own attorney for that day when they came back with this information.
