The ZILLOW Zestimate on my home is off by sooooo much, I want it OFF ZILLOW! I don't want it available to anyone because it is OFF. IT IS WAY TOO LOW. If you want to list my house on ZIllow, then I want someone from Zillow to come to my house and appraise it. I want it in writing or get my house off ZILLOW!!!

Zillow estimate is innacurate. Call for actual estiamte, from a Realtor at 860-806-0377.

Zillow details don't include 3rd bedroom, and square footage should be 2,056. Condo is listed for sale at $242,900.

How can the value be dropping with additional playroom or 3rd bedroom added?

The assessment went from 133,000 to over 150,000.

Why is the square footage of this ranch so large, unless this includes the basement? Is this correct

It has always been my understanding, as doing exhaustive home viewing for a purchase, that the basement is never to be used as part of the original living space square footage...finished or not! So, why are you listing it in this ad this way? Thank you in advance.
