10 Timber Ln, Wallingford, CT shows that it was sold for $40,150. It was actually $401,500.

I have 500 more sq feet, a 20x40 heated in ground pool, a third of an acre more property, aa walk out basement, granite countertops, a 3 car garage vs a 2 car, 9 rooms vs 8. Seems to me all this is worth at LEAST $50,000 more considering the pool was almost $50,000 alone!

I have two listings on Zillow, a correct one at 39 Balsam Ridge Circle and an incorrect one listed at 39 Balsam Ridge Circle Unit 39. I want to remove the 39 Balsam Ridge Circle Unit 39 listing.
