my listing sold a year ago-every time i try to enter the sold info there is no link to accept the changes--only the link at the bottom to create a new listing!

How did this house sell for $6,872 when it's worth at least $800,000+? Why was a private home zoned area of Wayne, NJ sold to the Board of Choosen Freeholders, 401 Grand Street, Paterson, NJ who is now the grantee? What's really going on here?????????
