Update to Farwest Water & Sewer Rate Increase Request

Hello, Anyone familiar with the Foothills of Yuma has most likely been concerned over the recent requests for Large Rate increases to Foothills Area Residential & Commercial Sewer Bills. So, I wanted to post an update for anyone interested:
On September 2, 2009 A recommendation from Administrative Law Judge Jane L. Rodda, was filed. In Summary She is recommending against the "Interim Rate Increase."Keep in mind, that the Decision to grant a permanent rate increase is still up for review Sept 21. If you would like to read over the recommendation you can go to https://edocket.azcc.gov and enter this docket # WS-03478A-08-0608 into the search field. It will Bring up the case. Then, click on the 2nd tab (Documents) and you can look at all of the documents filed in regards to the Rate Increase Request by Far West Water & Sewer, Inc.

OK. I was thinking. Zillow estimates the property at 139K. The realitor is asking 159K. Why diff?

The house is valued here about 140K. They want 160K. The pool is a nice feature, but with the carpet trashed, the lighting needs adjusted and the yard does not existing, is it really worth the 20K more? The house is 30 YO needs work.
