why is my address wrong on your zillow.com? Why is the zestimate of my home

50,000 less than the next single story on the block when it cost us 20,000 more than the others due to the lot and view?
You have my home as 28912 and when mortgage companies pull up comparibles that is what they use. Can you correct the information in your system? It is unfavorable to our zestimate.

payment keeps increasing due to tax and insurance increases. Can't understand why when home value has gone down so much that my payments keeps increasing. Ready to walk away due to furloughs at work, but I am fortunate to have a job and figure that I would somehow have to pay the deficiencies between what bank would get and I would owe. Help, please!

I am trying to buy my first home this year, I want to have my mother co-sign to get a better APR, it is not her first home. Would having her on the loan with me disqualify me for the $8000 tax credit?

Signing blank documents

I recently started the refinance process on my home, and I received a number of documents (1003, GFE, etc) via email which I signed and returned.
Today I received a packet in the mail containing forms and disclosures, all of which are completely blank, and they are asking for all of them to be signed and returned. One of them (RE 882 - Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement) states just before the signature block states that all parts of this form must be completed before you sign.
Another form is called 'notice of change affecting loan', which is blank. Another form is called 'Failure to Qualify Notice', in which it states that I do not qualify for the loan program for which I applied, however, it looks like a standard form.

Is this normal, or should I only sign what I am comfortable signing?
