My house seems to have been estimated to a much lower value compared to the neighbouring houses. ow can I get the correct value in. I have given my estimate but that does not show up on the primary screen.

I am purchasing a short sale. It has already been over 2 1/2 months and it finally been sent to the sellers insurance company by the negotiator. If they approve its going to Freddie Mac (I think). But my rate expires end of July (less than 25 days). How long does the PMI company and Freddie Mac take to approve the sale??

Although this home is pretty nice, it has a horizontal crack running about 5' high along the back foundation of the house. I believe this will need an inspection from a structural engineer and may be a hefty repair.
