How do you determine fair market value of a fix up home where the interior is gone except framing?

Want to make an offer on a 50+ year old home that was in the process of a remodel but the owner was unable to complete. The interior of the home contains only the wood framing. Bathrooms, flooring and kitchen has been removed. The asking price for the home is comparable to livable homes in the neighborhood. The house rests an a view lot. How do you determine a fair offer for a home in this type of condition?

How is my home the lowest valued home in my neighborhood, you'd think a corner lot would add value and upgrades that I recently stated. Can I use this report to have my taxes lowered, this would be the only upside to this rapidly declining value. I feel my home is singled out here. How can I increase the value? Has anyone successfully gotten Zillow to correct errorn?

For 13 weeks I have asked Zillow to correct the sales price of our home. We bought it on 1/08 for $685,000 and they now say it sold on 11/08 for $2,999,999. This is not correct. Zillow says they pull from County Records. County Records are correct. Zillow is NOT.

Week 12 - wrong sales price and date are still listed. County records are correct. Even Cyber Homes is correct. This is not a minor error. It is a a $2,315,000 error!!!!

For MONTHS I have been saying that we bought our home 01/15/08 for $685,000 (which is what is stated on county tax records) - but our home is listed as selling on 11/08 for $2,999,999. Is there anyone at Zillow who can fix this??????? Doesn't this go to Zillow's credibility?????

We bought our home 1/15/07 (correct on county records) - it is not listed as being sold for $2,999,999 in 08. How do we get thqt corrected????????????? I keep asking this question (for weeks and weeks) with no luck.
