low appraisal, appeal, other financing offers

help!!! my potential buyers and myself have agreed on purchase price of 245,000 for my 13 acre farm and 2200 sq ft classic farmhouse in southeast michigan
appraisal came back at 220,000, they have appealed ...they have 2 little boys and want to raise them out here in the country, what can we do??? is there such a thing as a "promissary note or IOU" for the balance..need prayers and answers

I've put our home's address in both boxes at the top of the page (one says Questions, Keywords, or Topics and the other says Neighborhood, City, or State) and neither will bring up our house. It asks for clarification of our town (apparently there's two in Michigan) and I click on the correct one and then it doesn't take me anywhere else.
This is the most frustrating website! It is not user friendly to the new-comer!

i am trying to purchase a bank owned fannie mae home and everything was find until the home appraised for 14k less than we offered so the bank lowered the asking amount but fannie mae rejected the whole thing my mid fico score is a 630 and approved for a fha loan what can i do to come up with the differenc i am a first homebuyer and dont have alot to put down thanks

I want to invest in Westland/Canton area Michigan. I want to purchase somethign around $30k. I don't want to pay the entire amount in cash. I am willing to put up $10-15k. Anyone willing to loan money to me? I am not doing anything over 8%. I can get a personal loan for that.
