I have a guest house that does not appear on the Zillow estimate.

The guest house was built in 1985 and is approximately 450 sq. ft. with a shower and toilet. How do I get this added to the Zillow estimate for my property?

Why is my house value less than my neighbor at 3247 Lake when I have more sq ft both lot and house.

Both houses 3 bed 2 bath, I have larger house and lot sq ft. Also new copper plumbing, New Central Air/Heat, New 200 amp meter, 3 car garage and bonus room. However, he has new pool and upgraded front yard.

A house I've made an offer is small (900 sq. ft) and the extra space created by not having traditional ceilings makes it seem larger inside. Since it's in Southern California it's not as big of a problem as it would be in other climates but I still worry about heating and cooling costs (house has room air conditioning units). Is this a big no-no? Or can something be done to retain the spaciousness but create some insulation? What about a green roof?

we also own the empty lot (between 3705 and 3805). what is the zillow estimate of this lot?

Why does it appear that my home is going up in value but not other homes around me?

Our area in Altadena got hit hard in regards to our value going down.I have noticed lately that Zillow has increased our value. However, other homes on our block have not increased. Why is that?

If leasing a property that is for sale, how much more might one pay than than monthy mortgage? The property is listed as being worth 374,000. It is in Altadena, CA. The aveage monthly payment is (rounded up) about 1,700. The property is not in great condition and they are askin for 2,100. No utilities included. What do you think????

i know it will be a long process as we have to petition the count to re-line the property lines if the sales does go through. i just need to know how to actaully start the process. do i need to contact a real estate broker or can this be done between ourselves. thank you so much for your assistance.
