I just purchased a house and want to remove the pictures the listing agent posted and remove all references to the listing agent and her company.

Zillow estim our home at $291,000 but we just had a re-fi appraisal and it came in at $240,000 Why?

have had 2 low appraisals cannot afford 3rd. How can I get refinancing without putting out cash.

If I pay for another appraisal that is low, then I am getting more into debt. Zillow house prices are know to be a few thousand higher than actual, so without another appraisal then how can I get refinanced. I would prefer a 15 or 20 year.

Some agent took some pictures and put it your site for selling this house,
I bought house 6 months ago. So I don't want to show my house anymore.
I asked agent to remove pictures but it didn't work.

I picked her because she was so highly reviewed here and she was utterly utterly awful. She made a huge mistake, then suddenly left us stranded and refused to return calls or emails from us or our realtor. She wasn't clear on what we needed to do to fix the mistake, nor made any effort to help. We finally found another person who was able to help us, but by that time, we didn't have enough time before our close date on the house, and had to pull out, since we waited on her.If she wasn't going to help, or own up to her error, she could have at least told us she wasn't going to work with us anymore. I want to at least add my 2 cents so other people don't go through what we did with her.
