my parents and i moved into this house, we were the first owners. I believe the year on this as listed new is incorrect. It should be 1977 not 1978. It is also a 4 bedroom not a 3 bedroom, unless they are considering the top room in the front of the house like a loft.

most home have not lost more than 10-15% value. their was a $37 loss suppossedly to 3831 but a $137 was decrease was recorded instead,
