Zillow has 2 prices on our home and I don't agree w/ either one of them, all one has to do is look at the birds eye view
on lepire dr. carson city nv (we are the one with a pool) it shows the zestimate on the houses on either side of our as
being only 20k less and those houses are 1600+ Feet on land less than 1/2 ours. We are on 1 full acre w/ awesome 280 degree
views and almost 800 feet bigger w/ a 3 car garage w/ rv parking +++ I don't know how to show zillow the obvious difference???
It cost us more to build the home than they say it's worth....I guess that's the way it is these days.

this house has been consistently losing value since purchase 2 yrs ago. zillow had it estimated at 130K. now it is listed at 235k. why the change? i am tryinhg tto modify this loan and this zestimate is way out of whack!!

1304 Moody St., Carson City, NV was never on the market or sold in the past 5yr.
The city assessor says they have no idea where such a price could have come from. ?????

Hi, I love you web site although I noticed one thing wrong with the picture of my home. You have the wrong home pictured for my address. The home you have pictured is actually across the street. My address is 4920 August drive, carson city, nv 89706 but the picture you show for that address is 4891 august drive. Thanks.
