I have found house in zillow which is very less. But bank apprisal is very high. How is possible. Zillow is not updating the value of house or bank is making more apprisal of house. It makes us to which price is right.

Moving existing PMI to a new loan while refinancing

I am in the process of refinancing my existing home mortgage with the same lender and I was wondering if its possible to transfer existing Mortgage Insurance to the new loan.

I'm trying to refinance my home and while I have excellent credit and have been approved for the loan I was surprised to see the PMI seem to have doubled during the refinance. Even my loan officer is surprised with this. What is the best way to shop around for PMI? I tried a few online searches but couldn't find anything useful. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Zillow estimate shows lower price than eppraisal.com

Zillow does not seem to account for finished square foot of basement while eppraisal does. My home at the following address has different estimate of squares footage:

Address : 25658 Cabin Point Court, Chantilly, VA, 20152

Zillow
3732 sq ft Price : 614,000

eppraisal.com
5216 sql ft Price : 739,000 (This includes 1484 finished basement).

How can I get it corrected at Zillow.com?
