I am located in Columbia, TN and recently met a residential appraiser in Huntsville, AL who said she does research work for your company part-time. Since purchasing the home on 1831 Scribner Avenue we have updated the inside by refinishing the hardwoods, laying around 600 sq. ft of ceramic tile, new hinges and hardware for the kitchen cabinets, new tub, toilet, vanity, installed central heat & air, new plumbing, new wiring, paint, and now working on renovating the outside w/ landscaping, etc... We have had the house reappraised and was now wondering how we get your website updated with the new facts and numbers. Thankyou for your time.
