Why are some homes unavailable on Zillow although they are published on MLS?

I am looking for a multifamily residential investment property. When I identify one that I am interested in, I like to look it up on Zillow to get more info. But often the property I am considering would not be available on zillow.
Interestingly enough, a home that is not for sale, e.g. my own home, is availalbe at zillow.

Hello, my name is Mai Xiong. I am 22 years old and living in a very difficult life that I only get 4 hours of sleep per day. I work a 12 hour shift and 5 days a week so that I could support me and my family of 13 peoples. My parents don't speak any English and my 2 Brothers/1 Sister is disable with LDD and LD with brain damage. I also have 3 Boys in the ages of 4, 3, and 11 month old. I feel like I am in a living hell and want to just disappear but, I love my kids and my family so much that I try every effort I have to help me and my family. I am a hard worker and I do my best at everything. I just hope that one day I could smile and laugh like everyone else out there with a beautiful home. We live in a duplex but only 3 bedrooms and 12 peoples in the household. We suffer everyday and night, were hungry, and were speechless more and more as the days goes by. I pray and hope that one day I will get the help I wish for and change all this, not for myself only but for 12 peoples that suffer with me everyday.

For example, right now one lender in our city has a mortgage warranty free for the first year as one of it's popular plans. This week they just started a special where they have no origination fees on new loans and refinances. In Rochester, MN, Another bank has a 3.9% home improvement rate on homes purchased that already need to have money and work invested into them. This can be very useful for people buying distressed homes as many of the short-sale and foreclosure properties are commonly in need of some repair. The fix-up money is rolled into the mortgage with a contractor's work order and paid to the contractor on completion. MHFA and FHA have their own interesting plans. Call your Realtor or a few different lenders to see if they know of or have any specials that might fit your particular needs.

Why is the home at 3001 edgewater dr compared to sales of homes on wedgewood dr. While the home at 2967 edgewater dr is compared to sales of homes on richmond alcove& eagle valley, neither of which are in as close proximity as the homes that sold on wedgewood drive.

Refinancing during divorce

My husband and I have 2 mortgages on our house; one for $206,000 and one for $83,000 - total $289,000. The house is valued at approx. $300,000. We are getting a divorce. If one of us decides to keep it; will either he or I be able to refinance the whole amount, being that we owe nearly the same amount as the appraised value? We both have good credit and are employed.

Planning ahead to refi 8.5% blended 80/20 in May - Need advice

Currently have a 8.5% blended 80/20 for 250k with 245k balance serviced by Citi. Zillow values house right at $250k now. In May, the prepays expire and we want to refi ASAP to lower mo pmt. I have about 670 median score and have a BK and foreclosure 7 years ago, but have a couple negative items about to come off my report (write-offs from the BK). Because of high LTV, I was told I should look at an FHA refi. Can I even get an FHA with a BK and Foreclosure on my report?

I should get about 3-4K in tax refund, and get an extra paycheck in May that will give me another 2K. If I use my tax return for it, I can finish paying all my Credit Cards down to less than 50% balance hopefully in time to get a snaphot at that balance to raise my credit scores, hopefully above 700 with the negatives coming off too. However, that will leave me with very little to pay down the mortgag to the 96.5% needed for a FHA if they will only appraise at $250k (I know it's possible they won't even appraise at that and I might be out of luck) or to pay closing costs if they can't be rolled into the loan.

I really want to pay down my CCs, especially since some have raised interest rates even though I have never missed a payment, but I don't want to jeopardize refinancing since it should help my monthly payment quite a bit, and I won't get any extra funds for another 4-5 months after this may. Should I pay down the debt to increase scores, or should I hang into the cash and try to work the refi first with whatever score I have then? Should I be looking at something other than an FHA?

Hello, My home at 1414 Mpls Av in Duluth, MN is listed twice. We listed it with a realtor and my listing no longer shows the address and now the realtors listing has all the data.
