want to refi 1st loan and keep 2nd loan

house worth 550k, 1st loan at 415k, 2nd loan at 85k. want to refi 1st to get lower rate, and subordinate 2nd (no change in term or rates). any banks out there helping in this situation. dont think my 2nd lender willing to resubordinate.

Hello I have a 5% loan with 275k balance and 25 years left. My home is valued at 450k, Was think about trying to re-fi for 4.5% or lower if possible. I have 798+ credit score. I have no debt at all, and pay $50 extra on my current loan, plan on staying in my home 15-20 more years. Was thinking about getting a lower monthly payment and still paying what I pay now, which would be $200 extra every month instead of $50 with the new loan. My thought was I would pay much less intrest over time with the new loan.
Does this sound like a plan??
Any help would be appreicated.
