Can you do this? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-beleive-there-should-be-a-seperate-review-for-lenders-PRIOR-to-committing-Can-you-do-this/303535/ Currently, Zillow only wants reviews of lenders after borrowers have made committments to them. This "weeds out" lenders who mislead borrowers by doing things like not posting all the other costs they hide in order to lure customers so they can "bait and switch". Why not provide a seperate pre-committment review so borrowers can more easily determine the up-front one's who disclose charges openly vs. those who don't?

0 replies Thu, 03 Dec 2009 05:29:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-beleive-there-should-be-a-seperate-review-for-lenders-PRIOR-to-committing-Can-you-do-this/303535/ 2009-12-03T05:29:00Z The "break even" analysis is grossly in error because it doesn't consider all the fees. Why? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/The-break-even-analysis-is-grossly-in-error-because-it-doesn%27t-consider-all-the-fees-Why/303534/ Even though there is a section in the details for the quotes that shows additional costs other than the lender fees, Zillow does not incorporate them into the "break even" anaylsis which makes it grossly innacurate. Why not at least provide an option for potential borrowers to add these costs into their break even analysis? PErsonally, I beleive Zillow should do this by default. They are costs that need to be recouped if one is actually going to break even.

0 replies Thu, 03 Dec 2009 05:20:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/The-break-even-analysis-is-grossly-in-error-because-it-doesn%27t-consider-all-the-fees-Why/303534/ 2009-12-03T05:20:00Z Why would I pay 330k for a house in danbury when the market median is 280k? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Why-would-I-pay-330k-for-a-house-in-danbury-when-the-market-median-is-280k/293508/ 6 replies Mon, 02 Nov 2009 04:48:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Why-would-I-pay-330k-for-a-house-in-danbury-when-the-market-median-is-280k/293508/ 2009-11-02T04:48:00Z 46 Sand Pit Rd Danbury CT 06810 - MLS# 98442015 - 3 beds, 1.0 baths, 1,250 sq ft - Short Sale http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/46-Sand-Pit-Rd-Danbury-CT-06810-MLS-98442015-3-beds-1-0-baths-1-250-sq-ft-Short-Sale/294544/
Seller's Description:

ADORABLE & NICELY RENOVATED CAPE!
