We live in the neighborhood and are wanting to find a new home that is bigger (for a growing family) and close to where we already live. We found your home on Zillow and were wondering if we may see some photos or maybe even set up a showing. Thank you.

Our house, 1050 W Beal Rd. 86001, has handicapped features--ADA values, wheel-in showers, life-elevator for wheelchair. These features are not included in Zillow evaluation.

Personally I find Zillow to be the biggest source for disinformation on home values I have ever seen

Zillow is so far off on home values for the Flagstaff, AZ, marketplace is does a true disservice to the general public and realtors.

why do you list this property as sold in 1999 and 2004. It was last sold to me in 1997

They just lowered ours, and our town is traditionally higher than the rest of Arizona. Makes our asking price look too high, and it is one of the lowest in the neighborhood. This site doesn't help us at all!

the home location is incorrectly on your web-site

the home location is in wrong area with old neighborhood about 1 mile away from it's physical location. This is because the subject home is in a very new sub division. All your comparable for the subject home are therefore inaccurate. So please have this discrepancy corrected ASAP. Thanks
