I have tried unsuccessfully to post at one listing has sold and 4090 Davey is not longer my listing.

I have tried unsuccessfully times to change status of my listings.
this is most frustrating. Not only can I not change from Active to Sold, I am unable to change a listing that is no longer my listing. I would think by now Zillow would have the kinks out of their operation and allow agents to make the necessary changes or Zillow to allow the changes to be made. Please remove

Why is the List Price So Low?

I looked into a property because I was interested in purchasing it. I first typed in the zip code and came up with 1134 properties. I found several that were listed at $1500.00, one at $1250.00, and one at $3500.00. It is the latter that I'm interested in. 115433 has a listed sales price of $3500 and the monthly payment is listed for $15.00. Even the aerial birdseye photo shows an estimate of 4K. This listing says nothing about leasing.

Then I clicked onto the listing partner Point 2, Laura Ludwig is the agent. This address is also listed as $3500.00 on this website

We did new windows, new roof, added a covered front porch, added a 48' patio, with 2/3rds of it covered with 3 ceiling fans/lights added, all around siding with trimmings, gutters, sidewalks, land scaping including a pond, lots of shrubs etc. We added 9 ceiling fans inside home, upgraded 2 bathrooms, upgraded laundry room, added ceiling electric in all rooms, new wood work, valances, added a utility shed, outside lighting, electric, and added water access to front garage and back of house and miscellaneous other improvements..

Either the former owner of my home or the agent may have posted the picture of my home. I posted a view of the street and have tried to remove the picture of the front view of my home but because I did not post it the 'edit' photos tab does not allow me access. Please have someone from Zillow remove it or give me instructions on how to do so. Thanks.
