when you go to it. it takes you to a site that you have to join. zillow shows a house that is not foreclosing. I asked the neighbor. When you look closer, it is in the middle of the street. are you selling our information?

What to do when house is worth only $25,000 when i paid $160,000?

Purchased home in fort myers in 2006 for $160,000. The home is valued at $25,000 on the leepa.org website. I have heard of such large difference in value when considering homes that are in the 500,000 range and up. In this case is there anything i should be aware of? Do lenders consider such a huge debt to be a hardship? I have lost some income this year however i'll end up making about 65k as apposed to 80k. I don't exactly fit into the category of not being able to afford the payment right now but i may be heading in that direction in the next year.

Some houses on this street have pools. Others that don't are valued more. Why aren't pools counted?

Yes, and the one across the street, 1386. 1395 is on a double lot with a double detached gagare, also. I don't want you to revalue them; just wonder why pools don't seem to matter.

hi anybody have been aprove for a fha loan with collection and or a voluntary repo with a middle score of 650 i have 3 collection back in 07 and a auto repo back in 07 my wife loss her job and you guys know the rest we fell back in our payment and whent to collection the car has a loan for my brother in law big mistake i make
